we are issuing refunds & Organizing A charitable Donation on behalf of those contestants who prefer that their entry fee go to charity. Please read the Points Below for Further Information.
Refunds are being issued according to the terms & conditions Listed on this website.
No time frame for refunds was committed to as the number of refunds was unknown at the time of formatting the terms.
Only two forms of of refund payment are being used: e-transfer in Canada & mailing of Canadian cheques internationally via Canada Post.
No PayPal transactions will be processed!
Each refund takes A minimum 15, and up to 30 minutes, as it involves bookkeeping and record keeping—this is a painstakingly slow process!
As a private, one-person event any assistance I paid for was voluntary—I am not Legally or otherwise obligated to hire assistants to speed up the process of refunds.
As soon as all refunds are issued and donations handed over to the Calgary Womens Emergency shelter, I will be posting on this site and on the public Facebook page the financial statement, purely as a courtesy.
Note that Contact Lists are created based on participants that have been reached with new updates—not by date that they entered into the contest.
Once all of the refunds have been completed, the Write a Letter Win A House Facebook Page will be made public once again.
